Can I change delivery address after checkout?
Yes, before shipment address can be changed free. Contact us by phone or chat. After shipment, address change possible through delivery service (may be paid).
How much does oversized item delivery cost?
For items over 30 kg or volume over 0.5 m³, delivery cost calculated individually. Usually 150-400 UAH depending on distance. We'll inform exact cost before shipment.
Can I receive product in another city?
Yes, when placing order simply specify recipient's city and branch. Delivery throughout Ukraine. Cost depends on distance.
What to do if didn't receive SMS with tracking number?
Check email (messages may be in spam) or log in to personal account on website. If tracking number not there - contact us, we'll duplicate information.
Can I pay part online, part on delivery?
Unfortunately, our system doesn't support partial payment. Need to choose one method: either full prepayment online or full payment on delivery.
