If online payment failed, take following actions:

  1. Check funds availability on card
  2. Ensure card activated for online payments (3D-Secure)
  3. Try again - you have 2 attempts within 24 hours
  4. Contact your bank to clarify refusal reason
  5. Choose alternative payment method (cash on delivery)

Important information

Money not debited on failed payment attempt. If funds blocked - automatically returned within 3-5 days.

Yes, you can change payment method before order shipment:

  • If order not yet paid - change available in personal account
  • If order already paid - contact support
  • After product shipment changing payment method impossible

To change payment method contact us by phone or through site chat.

Cash on delivery works like this:

  1. You place order on site without prepayment
  2. We ship product through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta
  3. You receive notification about product arrival
  4. When receiving package you pay product cost + delivery
  5. Payment made cash or card at branch

Cash on delivery commission

Nova Poshta charges additional commission 2% + 20 UAH for cash on delivery service. Ukrposhta - 1% of amount.

Yes, but there are certain conditions:

Before product shipment (status: Processing, Confirmed)

Cancellation free. Money returned within 1-3 business days.

After shipment (status: Shipped)

Cancellation possible but round-trip delivery cost withheld. Return through product return procedure.

After receipt (status: Delivered)

Standard 14-day return procedure applies according to Consumer Rights Protection Law.

System gives you two attempts for online payment for these reasons:

  • First attempt may fail due to technical reasons
  • You may accidentally enter wrong card data
  • Internet connection problems during payment
  • Need for 3D-Secure confirmation at bank

After two failed attempts order automatically moved to "Awaiting payment" status and you can:

  • Try paying later through personal account
  • Change payment method to cash on delivery
  • Contact support for manual processing
