Cash-on-delivery service is temporarily suspended. Please use online card payment or a bank transfer.
Cash on delivery works like this:
- You place order on site without prepayment
- We ship goods via Nova Poshta
- You receive notification about product arrival
- When receiving package you pay product cost + delivery
- Payment made cash or card at branch
Cash on delivery commission
Nova Poshta charges an additional commission of 2% + UAH 20 for the cash-on-delivery service.
Yes, but there are certain conditions:
Before product shipment (status: Processing, Confirmed)
Cancellation free. Money returned within 1-3 business days.
After shipment (status: Shipped)
Cancellation possible but round-trip delivery cost withheld. Return through product return procedure.
After receipt (status: Delivered)
Standard 14-day return procedure applies according to Consumer Rights Protection Law.
System gives you two attempts for online payment for these reasons:
- First attempt may fail due to technical reasons
- You may accidentally enter wrong card data
- Internet connection problems during payment
- Need for 3D-Secure confirmation at bank
After two failed attempts order automatically moved to "Awaiting payment" status and you can:
- Try paying later through personal account
- Switch to cashless payment or bank transfer
- Contact support for manual processing

3. SMS notifications
At shipment you receive SMS with TTN number for tracking on delivery service website.

TTN (waybill) is unique shipment number allowing:
- Track package location in real time
- Find out when product arrives at your branch
- Redirect shipment to another city (if needed)
- Change recipient or delivery method
When receive TTN?
TTN number sent automatically to your email and SMS within 2-4 hours after product shipment from warehouse.
How to use:
Go to novaposhta.ua and enter the waybill number in the tracking field.
Yes, delivery address can be changed, but there are certain limitations:

Address change free. Contact support or change yourself in personal account.
⚠ After product shipment
You can redirect a parcel through the Nova Poshta website (paid service — from UAH 30).
✗ After arrival at branch
Address change impossible. Package returned to sender after 5 days storage.

Yes, you can change receiving city, but procedure depends on delivery stage:
Before warehouse shipment:
Contact us and we'll change delivery address to any Ukrainian city free.
After shipment (product in transit):
Redirection possible through Nova Poshta personal account or app. Paid service:
- City change: additional delivery payment for distance difference
- Branch change within city: free
- Redirection time: 1-2 business days
After arrival at branch:
Redirection impossible. Package returned to sender after 5 days free storage.

Yes, all products come with official manufacturer warranty:

Warranty doesn't cover damage caused by buyer fault or incorrect operation.
Warranty NOT covers defects resulting from:
- Hydraulic shock - exceeding permissible system operating pressure
- Incorrect installation - absence of pressure reducers, coarse filters
- Water freezing - water not drained from system for winter
- Mechanical damage - impacts, cuts, rodent damage
- Natural wear - sealing rings, gaskets, membranes

The formula is simple:
Length = Number of rows × Row length + 10% reserve
Example calculation for a 10×20 meter plot:
- Row spacing: 0.7 m = 14 rows
- Row length: 20 m
- Total: 14 × 20 = 280 m
- With 10% reserve: 308 m

Detailed tape selection guideIt depends on your water source and the area being irrigated:
Without a pump (gravity-fed)
When connected to a water supply with 0.5–1 atm pressure or a tank elevated 1.5–2 m. Suitable for areas up to 500 m².
With a pump
When drawing water from a well, borehole, or large tank. Required for areas over 500 m².
Important
When using a pump, always install a pressure regulator (0.5–1.5 atm) to protect the drip tape.
Automating irrigation is straightforward:
- Choose a timer (mechanical or electronic)
- Install it at the system inlet after the valve
- Set the start time and watering duration
- For electronic timers - program a weekly schedule
Mechanical timer
Simple, no batteries needed. One watering program. Ideal for properties without electricity.
Electronic timer
Up to 16 programs. Different schedules by day of the week. Moisture and rain sensors.
Other systems are better suited for lawns:
- Sprinkler irrigation - sprinklers for even coverage of large areas
- Rotor sprinklers - for lawns of 100 m² or more, radius up to 15 m
- Fixed sprinklers - for small lawns and irregular shapes
Drip irrigation is rarely used for lawns because of:
- High tape consumption due to dense spacing
- Uneven watering between rows
- Difficult maintenance under the lawn surface
Proper winterization will extend your system's lifespan:
- Shut off the water supply and drain any remaining water from the pipes
- Blow out the system with a compressor (0.5–1 atm)
- Remove and store indoors: timers, filters, pressure regulators
- Drip tape can be left in place or coiled up
- PE main pipes should ideally be removed or thoroughly blown out
When to winterize
Complete winterization before the first frost (usually late October). Frozen water in the system can damage components.
Emitter prevention and cleaning:

- Always install a filter at the inlet
- Use a mesh filter rated 120–150 mesh
- Flush the system regularly by opening the end caps
Cleaning
- Flush the system under pressure with the end caps removed
- For hard water - use a 1% citric acid solution
- For organic buildup - use a chlorine solution
- Replace heavily clogged sections of tape
