What to do with customer returns?
If customer wants to return product - contact us. We'll organize return to our warehouse. If defect - we'll refund your money. If customer just changed mind - resolve individually.
How long does order processing take?
Standard 1-2 business days. For VIP partners shipment same day (if order before 14:00). We always inform about status and send tracking number.
Is there minimum order amount?
